By Russian laws, you can pay majority of fines with a discount within 20 days from the ordinance issue. If you have a fine that has discount, you will see it when checking for outstanding fines and will be able to pay it off for a half.
How Yandex.Fines Work
Specify the number of your driver's license or vehicle registration certificate.
Our app will instantly check whether any fines are to be paid: the amount of the fine, discount, issue date, and due date. We upload information from the State Information System (GIS GMP).
If something is found, you can pay right away from a bank card (Visa or MasterCard) or your Yandex.Money Wallet.
You will get the payment receipt to your email address.
You won't need to repeat entering document numbers for future paying or checking—our app will save them.
Yandex.Fines Useful Features
— get notified about new fines to be paid via email or text messages: to set it up, navigate to 'Notifications' section of the app
— check for outstanding fines of your employees or relatives: our app can save up to ten document details (driver's license or vehicle registration certificate).
Checking for GIBDD (GAI) traffic fines and getting notifications and reminders are for free.
Commission for paying a fine is 1%, but no less than 30 rubles.
Yandex.Fines operate in all regions of Russia. Including Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Chelyabinsk, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Ufa, Volgograd, Voronezh, and Yekaterinburg.
