Applied to almost all traffic fines within the first 20 days—it's official. The app shows both the discount and its expiration date.
How to check for fines
Specify the driver's license's number, vehicle registration certificate or the fine's number—the app will show all of your traffic fines if they are recorded in the official government database (GIS GMP).
Fine details screen consists of:
— information about the fine,
— discount and its expiration date,
— fine's payment due date,
— "Pay" button.
The app stores up to 10 documents. Next time you log in, the check for fines by all documents will start automatically.
How to pay fines
Each fine is accompanied by the "Pay" button. You can pay with a Visa and Mastercard issued by Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, Tinkoff Bank, VTB, and other Russian banks, as well as the Yandex.Money Wallet.
All cards are saved in the app. All payment information is immediately transferred to relevant authorities.
Official receipt sealed by the bank will be sent to your email once you make the payment. The document will help confirming the payment if there are any questions.
Sent for every new fine, expiring discount, or previous unpaid fines.
1% from each payment (min. 30 ₽). Fine database search and notifications are free of charge.
You can now pay a fine by the 20-to-25-digit number contained in the document issued or sent by the GIBDD. It's convenient when the online check doesn't show the fine: this can happen, for instance, if the GIBDD made a mistake adding the fine to the database.
Also, if you ever checked for fines on the Yandex.Money's website, the app will "get" the documents from there after the update to check them for any unpaid fines as well.
