AT&T Secure Family® parent app 11.0.16

The 11.0.16 update is a complete makeover of the AT&T Secure Family app. We’ve kept the features you love and added many new features you asked for. For existing customers we’ve taken care of transitioning your existing settings. To take advantage of these changes and to continue using the app you must update all family member devices, this includes Secure Family on adult devices and Secure Family Companion on child devices. Parent and child devices must be updated to 11.0.16 at the same time.

The AT&T Secure Family® App ($7.99/mo.) helps parents locate their family member’s devices and manage their children’s screen time, as well as the content they may access online.
AT&T Secure Family Companion App
AT&T Secure Family is designed to work with AT&T Secure Family Companion, a free app in the Google Play Store. Install it on your child’s device and pair it with your device. Pairing is required to access all the features of Secure Family.

General:
Only authorized app users have permission to locate a family member’s device.
Devices running Secure Family or Secure Family Companion require Android v.11 or higher.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can reduce battery life.
There is a compatibility conflict that can prevent the addition of AT&T Secure Family Companion to your child’s companion device if you have AT&T ActiveArmor Advanced Mobile Security running on the same companion device.  If you wish to continue with the purchase, you must either remove AT&T ActiveArmor Advanced Mobile Security from your account or downgrade to AT&T ActiveArmor Mobile Security on the companion device before adding AT&T Secure Family Companion.
