PASSWORDS AND ACCOUNTS - If you’re having trouble signing in or accessing your account on the app, your password may have expired. Follow these steps to reset your password:
1. On the easyJet app Home Screen menu, click the 'Reset password' link and enter the email address you used to register.
2. We'll send you an email to that email account with instructions on how to reset your password.
3. You can now use your new password to sign in. Note that if you are currently signed into the app, you must sign out and then sign back in with the new password so that you can be reauthenticated.
