Fixed the compatibility problems on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Your HTC One is backed up automatically once per day when connected to a Wi-Fi network. You can also backup your phone manually at any time over a Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
HTC Backup supports more than 150 settings, including:
*Home screen - app shortcuts and widget layouts
*Mail accounts & passwords - Exchange, Hotmail, POP/IMAP
*Weather and world clock cities
To turn on automatic backup or start a restore, tap the HTC Backup icon. To change backup settings or start a manual backup, open Settings > Backup & Reset.
HTC Backup uses Dropbox to save your phone's settings in the cloud. Your settings are further protected with your Facebook, or a separate HTC Account username and password.
HTC Backup does not support photos, videos, music or documents. We think Dropbox and Google+ already do a good job of addressing backup of photos, videos, music and documents. Dropbox and Google+ both include an auto upload feature that backs up photos and videos as you capture them. You should turn on the auto upload feature when prompted while first setting up HTC Backup.
Note to AT&T customers upgrading to Sense 6.0 with Android Lollipop:
You must uninstall your current version of HTC Backup, then go to Google Play to install the latest version. Without doing this step you will receive the following error "Unknown error code during application install:’504’”
