What's new in Golf Blitz 1.18.0

- Added support for “required power-ups” per course. No courses support this feature yet, but now the groundwork is laid for our course designer to create courses that require a specific power-up. Imagine a course where the cup is on the roof because we know all players have the Anti-Grav ball. We think this will lead to some very fun and fresh gameplay experiences.
- Some minor under-the-hood improvements and updates
