v16 Stark Edition
themeGalaxy now officially supports OneUI PIE and it's the only theme maker that supports Nougat and Oreo as well.
* You need "Custom OneUI Theme Installer" to enable rootless custom theming on pie.
* No more third party app theming, and third party app icon pack support as they are unstable in oneui theming engine.
* Section #2 and #3 are removed for pie as they are being useless now.
* Custom fonts will work now. NO "ADB/ROOT" REQUIRED.
