Same result as all others. Signal drops. Dont waste your time

unfortunately, is this because of the security patch may? I’m still waiting for patch security June

      • Terry nicholson

I have june patch and it dont work with that either. Someone needs to push an update to use on s7 which just changes icon for this and phone. I’d be happy with that…

The app isn’t broken, nor does this have anything to do with security patches, it’s an S8 app and most of these new APKs only work properly on the S8 and not older phones.
I just installed it and all the previous updates for Samsung Contacts on my S8+ and they all install just fine and I don’t come across any issues.

        Good for you

      • Jhon Ramirez

Agree with you, som apps may be compatible with some older devices, but they are NOT the target, so SAMSUNG DOES NOT have any support for those “issues” you guys comment

      • Terry nicholson

Sure the app is fine on s8 but im commenting for those of us who have 7’s still..If samsung wants to keep long time customers like myself, then they need to start pushing workable updates for its former flagship phone. As much as i hate to say it, Apple pushes updates for current and previous phones so apparently thats one thing up they have on Samsung!!
