Attempt to decrease the number of FCs when starting app on Oreo devices.
External storage: Fix moving completed torrents and fixed creating multiple versions of the same folder.
Use libtorrent 1.1.11.
Fix moving/copying files on external storage with the filebrowser.
Fixed adding files from downloads.
