What's new in Three 4.10.1

In the latest version of the Three app, you’ll see that we’ve made some changes to the Plan tab. We’ve made it easier for you to upgrade your account through the app. And we’ve made changing your payment date easier too.

We’ve also tidied up any bugs that have appeared to keep the our app running smoothly for you.

About Three 4.10.1

From checking your bills and usage to topping-up and checking when it’s upgrade time. With the Three app, it’s easy to manage your account on the go. And you can sign in quickly and securely with Bio-metrics.

You can:
• Check your allowance – keep track of what you’ve used and what’s left.
• View your bills – see up to 12 months’ bills
• Top-up – If you’re on Pay As You Go, you can check your credit balance and top-up quickly and easily.
• Buy Add-ons – Need a bit more data ‘til your allowances refresh? Use the Three app to get an Add-on.
• Change price plan – Always need that little bit more? You can use the Three app to change your price plan without the commitment of extending your contract.
• Upgrade – Find out if you’re eligible and when you can upgrade.
• Live Chat – Need some help? Use the in-app Live Chat feature to talk to us.

If you choose to opt into location sharing, we’ll use your location and our signal strength to improve our network. We’ll do this in the background, even if you’re not using our app.
