What's new in Roco: Dynamic Rotation Control 2.0.15
After a lot of hard work, I am finally releasing version 2.0 of the app 🎉🍰! This update gives you:
(1) fully customizable button position
(2) fully customizable button colors and shape
(3) a lot of fixes and improvements under the hood (especially for users on Android Oreo or higher).

For those who already are on the new version: This update fixes two small crashes that have been happening for a few users.
About Roco: Dynamic Rotation Control 2.0.15
This little app monitors your phone's orientation and triggers a button when the phone is turned onto a new edge while auto-rotation is disabled.
If you press the button, the screen rotation is adjusted. Otherwise, nothing happens.
A very quick and easy way to control rotation on the go without having to adjust any settings.
Please note: Apps (like launchers, for example) can have app-specific rotation preferences. As the app is designed to use as little permissions as possible, these are currently not overriden.
Options to control the button position on the screen and the button shape and color are available in the beta version of this app. Just enter the program below to get these features!
*** Important ***
A lot of people report the app as broken because it does not work when auto-rotate (system setting) is enabled. This is a feature and not a bug! The app will not interfere with auto-rotate, or even lock the screen rotation for you. It observes the auto-rotate system setting and only displays the button when the setting is disabled by you.
