What's new in luca

- New check-ins

Currently, contact tracing via luca is on hold, but the luca check-in will stay the same! Your contact information will no longer be tracked, but luca will still be available to you, you can check-in as before and use the features the luca location provides you in your luca app.

About luca

luca digitalize processes for guests and operators in the gastronomy. It eases use in the gastronomy and shows the location provided website and menu cards. In the current pandemic situation the participating health departments have deactivated the contact data sharing functionality in this version.

luca is also used to show your COVID status. The app can be used with the area of Germany.

Import of vaccination and test results
To facilitate access to locations, it is possible to import and display vaccination and test results into luca. Information about the documents is only stored locally.

Digital Menu Cards
To reduce contacts the luca provides features to show and display relevant information from restaurants like menu cards.
