    Beta?
My phone updated to this one today as official release

    • kris

I do not want to start a fight or to throw punches, but i am not sure if this is really beta or not. few times i see that my phone updates itself with official version, while APkmirror report it as beta, later fixing the title. last time this happened was Google map, on my phone.

      • It’s not possible for us to know if something is a beta or not if the release is staged. Once we figure it out, we usually update.

With this update my Meizu MX4 Pro (FlymeOS 6.2.0.0G) died. Nothing of Google-related apps is working, network dead and battary leaking af. Previous version refuses to work, demanding an update asap. This is sad.

i take care for few phones, 1 LG, 3 Huawei, 2 alcatel, one sony, i never had issues with updating to recent versions. I tried to update one xiaomi and it messed up.

      • Alestrice

As far, as I can tell (being asking friends with devices of other Chinese brands) this problem occurs only with Meizu alone. Both of my devices shared same malfunctions on the latest update of Google Services (12.8.72) on different FlymeOS vesrsions. Solved it by downgrading back to 12.6.85. Now it’s all neaty and shiny. Will stay with this one for a while.

Yup, this seem to be stable after while again.
