
What's new in RadioInfo Tool 4.0
Hello everyone,
We have received reports regarding an issue affecting some OnePlus 12 devices, where users are unable to make or receive calls. After thorough investigation, we've identified that this issue is caused by abnormal parameter loading during the version upgrade.
Affected Model:
OnePlus 12
To resolve the call failure issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Download and install the RadioInfo Tool:
Download the APK file from the link below:
2. Open the RadioInfo app and locate the "Set Preferred Network Type" option.

3. Select "NR/LTE" and confirm the setting.

4. Toggle airplane mode on and off to refresh your network connection.
5. Wait for the network to establish and then make a call to verify if the issue is resolved.
Important:
After rebooting the device or changing the SIM card, you will need to repeat the above procedure.
Additional Step if the Issue Persists: If the solution above does not resolve the problem, we suggest trying the following:
1. Insert a SIM card from a different carrier and allow the phone to connect to the network.
2. Once connected, switch back to your original SIM card and check if the issue has been resolved.
Important Note:
If you are not experiencing this issue, please do not download or install the RadioInfo Tool APK to avoid potential issues caused by misoperation.
