Fixed various tag editing issues-
Work around a Last.FM issue to ensure artwork is high quality-
Fixed crash when using gmail style placeholders-
Fixed an issue where playing a song from a folder didn't enqueue the surrounding songs-
Fixed some memory leaks (thanks Khang)-
