Improvements
• Users should no longer be erroneously logged out while offline
• Resolved a sporadic crash when backgrounding video playback
• View All actions should all be tappable
• CC icon now acts as an on/off toggle if only one language is available
• When casting the CC button will only display if captions are available
• Video progress is now saved properly when casting
• Cast queue no longer fails after a few videos
• Removing a video from Watch Later should no longer clear progress
