    • Davide Vadacca

Please, can you tell me how install the libs? I am very worried and do not want to use the formatting of phone

  • Frank Barretto

whats de use of de libs? it stil crashes anyways -.-‘

  • Davide Vadacca

This I got that, but I could say the way in which I have to install them and how?

    • sankarshan a joshi

Just download a root file manager.
      Go to
      Device(or sometimes root)>system>lib
Paste the library files that you have extracted from the zip file which you have downloaded into that ‘lib’ folder!
      That’s it!

      • Hugo Castelani

But I can’t create (or paste) the folder arm. I should put the libs without the folder?

        • I just tried pasting the lib files into /System/Lib without making the “arm” folder.

I’ll write back if it works or not.

          • Ramos Roger

Its been 2 fucking ours did you die or something

          • kapil athi

yikes. i am getting not enough space to copy in my /system/lib

          • Spasillium

Get rid of the useless shit, such as apps and keyboards you don’t use, along with their libs if you know what they are. Or make your own ROM without the bloat.

          • ‘s. asha

Just copy the lib to system/privapp/velvet/lib/arm

            But still crashes.

          • Spasillium

You guys shouldn’t mess with this stuff if you don’t know what you’re doing. You don’t make a arm folder in /system/lib. You just drop them in there. Then you set the proper permission on them: 0644.

          • Well that’s why we have the internet. When there’s something I don’t know, Google is there.

Also, I did what you said and it still doesn’t work. I think I’m going to hold off on that until M is ready.

          • Efecan Yılmazdemir

Did you try changing REL part to M?

          • so, its work or not ?

        • Okay, for me, pasting the lib files in /System/lib didn’t work.

Now I’m going to try making a folder called arm in /System/lib and pasting the files in there.

        • I tried making the “arm” folder in /System/lib and pasting the files there and it still doesn’t seem to work. I get the constant “Unfortunately, Google has stopped” error.

  • Carlos Iraheta

Is there a stable version coming out?

    • Aldrin Tauro

There can’t really be a stable version until this becomes an actual update on the Play Store. These are just testing versions ripped from the M preview. But seeing as the changes in the L Preview became standard, this probably will, too.

  • Ernie

    How do I uninstall it

  • sankarshan a joshi

    Unable to parse this package!
How do I overcome this problem?

  • Paolo T.

    “Unfortunately, Google has stopped.”

Note 3, bone stock Lollipop. Do I NEED those Lib files again…?

  • Here’s what you need to do to uninstall it in case you are stuck. The “Uninstall updates” button is disabled in the system settings. As a result, head to the Play Store, go to the Google App and click “Uninstall updates”. It will revert to the device factory version. From there, you can update it again to the latest version available on the Play Store.

Thanks a lot!!! !i was in a state of panic! you saved me.BTW is there any reason why the uninstall updates option is greyed out ?

      • I am not sure why, but it is definitely a system setting.

  • And123
