⏱️ REAL-TIME SCREEN TIME TRACKER

See your screen time while you're using your apps on the phone - not only after the day is over.

YourHour's floating timer shows your current usage on supported apps, helping you notice when a few minutes are turning into another hour.

🟢 Green - Within your target
🟠 Amber - 80% of your daily limit used
🔴 Red - Daily limit reached

A simple visual reminder helps you become aware of excessive phone use before scrolling becomes automatic.

🧠 MINDFUL PAUSE

Create a moment between the impulse to open a distracting app & actually using it.

Mindful Pause can show a short breathing exercise or reflection prompt before you open selected apps. Use it to interrupt automatic phone checking, reduce impulsive use & make more intentional choices.

• Your privacy: Accessibility data is processed locally on your device only. We do not collect, store, share or monitor your personal messages, passwords, or other private information. You can revoke this permission at any time from Android Settings.
