Start from a theme you already have installed, or build one piece by piece. Change exactly what you want, preview it, and export a ready-to-install .mtz theme in a couple of taps.

WHAT YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE

• App icons — pick from installed icon packs, mask and reshape system icons, or drop in your own images
• Wallpapers & lock screen — set your own home and lock backgrounds
• Status bar — swap the toggle/quick-settings icons and status-bar art for a fresh look
• Notification panel — restyle the panel background and shortcut icons
• Fonts — apply a custom system font
• Boot animation — change what shows when your phone starts
• Contacts, dialer & call screen — colors, backgrounds and buttons
• Theme details — set the title, author, designer and description that appear in the Themes app

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open an installed theme to edit it, or start a new one from scratch.
2. Tap through the sections and change whatever you like — every screen has a live preview.
3. Export. ChaoMe packs everything into a standard .mtz theme file.
4. Install it into the stock Themes app and apply.

On Android 11 and newer, Google's storage rules stop any app from writing directly into the Themes app's private folder. ChaoMe uses Shizuku to bridge that gap so your theme installs cleanly — it will guide you through the one-time Shizuku setup, and it never needs root.

BUILT FOR MODERN XIAOMI

ChaoMe understands the theme-engine versions MIUI and HyperOS use, and writes the compatibility fields (uiVersion, miuiAdapterVersion, miuixAdapterVersion) so your components actually apply instead of being silently skipped — including on the latest HyperOS releases.

WHY CHAOME

• Full control — edit one detail or redesign everything
• Live previews so you see changes before you export
• Standard .mtz output that the stock Themes app accepts
• No root; Shizuku handles installation on Android 11+
• Clean, fast, modern interface

Note: ChaoMe Theme Editor is an independent tool for creating theme files. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Xiaomi. MIUI and HyperOS are trademarks of Xiaomi Inc., used here only to describe device compatibility.
