The UCSF My BP Lab study uses surveys and sensor data from your phone to quantify and understand how stress and daily experiences affect your health.

Join the study if you are 18 years of age or older.

For three weeks, complete daily check-ins where you measure blood pressure and answer a few short questions.

Receive personalized feedback on your health trends.

*** Unfortunately, we had a bug which caused My BP Lab to occasionally lose sign in data. This issue has been fixed in 1.0.6. If you are upgrading from a previous version of the app, you may need to sign in one additional time. After this, My BP Lab will continue to remember your sign in. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Due to this bug, you are asked to sign in again and will need to complete another baseline measurement to make sure the user and phone are the same. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Although you need to repeat the baseline measurement, your check-in data is still in your History tab. There are two ways to see previous check-ins:
1) The graph defaults to one day. Press the links at the bottom to increase the time window and you should see previous measurements
2) Press the list icon in the top right corner, and you should see a summary of your previous check-ins.
From version My BP Lab 1.1.4:
Updated blood pressure thresholds to allow for a larger range of values
Added information screens on updating % change values to real blood pressure values
Surveys made more accessible
Minor bug fixes
