1. Fixed an issue where subtasks added to to-do list items might not sync properly.
2. Fixed an issue where tapping an item in the notebook or to-do list widget on the home screen might not work properly.
3. Fixed an issue where changes might not sync properly after the content of a note was cleared.
4. Fixed a security vulnerability.
