2) Wellness overview (smartwatch required): View smartwatch readings such as heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO₂), and stress-level estimates to understand your day-to-day trends.
3) Sleep insights (smartwatch required): Review sleep duration and stages (deep, light, and REM) based on smartwatch data to better understand your sleep patterns.
4) Workout tracking & summaries (smartwatch required): With over 100 workout modes—whether hiking, swimming, or running—your watch records your workouts and provides summaries in the app.
5) Phone–watch integration (smartwatch required): Check app alerts, text messages, and call notifications right from your watch for a more convenient experience.
6) Manual tracking: Log information manually (e.g., period tracking).
