Become a runner by starting out small. Go out for a walk and try doing at least 1 minute of running. The app analyzes your workout and personalizes your next Target Running Time. This time is broken down into short running intervals. By running a little and walking as much as you need in between, it will be easy to reach your running target. When you’re feeling great, continue workout into super-achiever mode, to reach your next level. Finish workout when you feel comfortable.

By running little and often, you allow your body to slowly get comfortable with running, and pretty soon you’ll find yourself running more minutes than you could ever do before.

This application uses analytics software to collect and aggregate statistics to help us improve this app and our services. None of this data can be used to identify you.
