Hopefully solved RAM-related crashes
Removed more double icons from many places
Aircraft attack/move range colors entire tile

- Show garrison in city screen
- Great people automation
- Order defeated civs after alive civs even if the alive civs score is negative (e.g. for happiness)
- Fix golden age length action text
